A neighborhood stroll
Riley and I head out for a walk almost every night after dinner, provided the weather agrees with it. It's so much fun to see her explore the sidewalks, marvel at the flowers and collect little pebbles and carefully store them in her pocket. I took the camera along for one of these walks. I wish we had more sidewalks in our neighborhood. After-dinner walks sound pretty cool.
I am getting so good at ignoring meltdowns these days, but Piper is getting better at expressing what she wants/needs so meltdowns my be getting under some semblance of control (but I could also be delusional).
